Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the KPO industry, specifically focusing on accounting services and outsourcing services. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the outsourcing industry who can benefit from our KPO services.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the internal team to customize service offerings to meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
- Monitor market dynamics, identify emerging opportunities, and recommend innovative strategies to expand our business reach.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to outsourcing, accounting and KPO services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development and sales, specifically in the KPO industry, with a focus on accounting services.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, and related KPO services.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends in the accounting and KPO sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-driven and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to work during US office timings to effectively engage with clients in that region.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
