Business Development Executive (KPO – Accounting)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in the KPO industry, specifically focusing on accounting services and outsourcing services. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients in the outsourcing industry who can benefit from our KPO services.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to customize service offerings to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor market dynamics, identify emerging opportunities, and recommend innovative strategies to expand our business reach.
  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and best practices related to outsourcing, accounting and KPO services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, specifically in the KPO industry, with a focus on accounting services.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting processes, financial reporting, and related KPO services.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends in the accounting and KPO sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Willingness to work during US office timings to effectively engage with clients in that region.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

Salary Range – 30k to 35k / month
