Job Description
- Manage end to end recruitment process as per the requirement and close the job as per the schedule through effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
- Conduct Induction & Onboarding process of new joinees
- Manage HR documentation as per employee life cycle on regular basis
- Must have Experience in Employee management & Daily reporting of progress
- Develop programs to enhance employee relations and offer employee support to each staff member
- coordinate with employees for adhering to company policy on a daily basis
- Attendance management of employees on a daily basis
- Manage Payroll and Compliance on a monthly basis
- Compile and update employee records
- Conduct offboarding process of employees
- Employee Welfare and managing employees’ grievances
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department
- Manage office administrative work
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or business administration is required
- Minimum 1-year experience & familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Should have the ability to strong follow-up
- Should lead by example in a company
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent Communication and writing skills
- Fluency in the English language
- Good in MS Office
