Job Description
- Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, and social platforms, as well as print media, posters, and flyers, when required.
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
- Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinating with clients/hiring managers from screening applications as per the JD given to the payments
- Documenting processes & applications on a daily basis and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Candidate negotiation and retention
- Develop good relationships with clients
- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field
- Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or business administration is required
- Minimum 1 year experience & familiarity with Human Resources Management or similar industry
- A candidate must be passionate about targets
- Should have experience with data management
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Should have the ability to strong follow-up
- Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
- Excellent Communication and writing skills
- Fluency in the English language
- Proficient in MS Office, Social Media and other platforms
